Another victim comes forward in fake rideshare driver case 

A 32-year-old Stock Island man pretending to be a rideshare driver arrested earlier this month for sexually assaulting a passenger has been arrested with additional charges from a similar incident in July.

Enmanuel Noslen Teixeira was arrested on Aug. 18 for sexual assault, kidnapping, battery and indecent exposure. Following Teixeira’s initial arrest, a new victim came forward regarding a similar incident that occurred in July.

He was arrested Wednesday in the July incident and charged with kidnapping and sexual assault.

Both victims described the same SUV, similar incidents, and identified Teixeria as the driver/suspect. Teixeira remains in jail.
