Good afternoon my name is Jeremy Lee Sullivan. I am sending this email/ letter to towns and cities that have one or multiple Circle K gas stations in the area — and I have something to relay to you as a possible concern in your community. I am unfortunately now a “Whistle Blower” who has made some discoveries with Circle K that people need to be aware of, especially if it may have relevance where you are. Anyone in your community can be a victim, that means anyone looking for a job, anyone living around Circle K, or anyone passing thru town just needing gas. There can be employees at these stores scared/ threatened to speak out/ their families can be being threatened. There can be employees who have been killed to keep this secret quiet. I have stumbled into a wasp nest. All news/ press here in the state of California are choosing to ignore this due to the seriousness. All lawyers and all authorities are ignoring this too and that includes the FBI and the United States Attorney General’s office. I am still taking this to the U.S. District court, and I am just trying to get the word out. I have put months into writing authorities/ press, and this has definitely kept me alive with many attempts to harm me etc. How many others don’t have their entire life to dedicate to writing to authorities and documenting abuse around the clock? (I Will leave a link below to over 60 pages and 4 Podcast episodes submitted to federal authorities +, that are relevant to Circle K.)

For 3 years plus, since moving to California I have been forced to move extensively and placed in extremely life-threatening situations in every county I have gone to, all because I am just looking to work that’s all. There is a group here in this state who I have documented as not only completely criminal/ above the law; a group that is politically connected, a group tied to “Human Trafficking” and a group who is responsible for the deaths of over 12 of my friends. They control any job I can possibly find in this state and I am exhausted. I moved to Barstow back in June of this year, I don’t know anyone here, I have never worked for Circle K before this, and I drove nearly 6 hours south of where I was to relocate here — thinking the group I was up against can’t be here in Barstow too. But they are here, and I am in more fear of my life than ever. Maybe this group is established and operating in your area? (I do have over 1900 pages submitted to federal authorities plus in these past 3 years and they not only refuse to do their job in violation of federal law to do so they are also documented for retaliating when I reach out for help. Why? And where am I supposed to go next, if no one will investigate this and how am I ever supposed to work and take care of myself? I do have this group detailed in the attachment below, they are connected to several different companies, and I would not be breathing if I didn’t connect all of them together here in Barstow and get that information out to authorities and anyone I can, putting them in a spotlight.)

“For the past several months I have been in a life-threatening situation due to a job with Circle K, whom I was employed with in Barstow Ca. Yes, I have recently been terminated after reporting/ submitting complaints against harassment; discrimination, retaliation, stalking and a slew of abuse, plus discovering/ reporting a “Credit Card Skimming” operation at said job and more. With evidence submitted that shows this Skimming Racket not only connected to management, but possibly authorities too, + etc. With so much evidence compiled below, this all points to an even more nefarious racket behind the scenes. Alongside a female monopolization of the management/ HR that was/is perpetuating the abuse, preventing any real resolution, and depriving me/ others of various rights that can be seen as violating federal law at this point. All with a Corporate and HR that would not respond, rather they send back the complaints to the ones in the complaints etc. For months on end, since starting the job, there was/is targeting at the job, management inciting stalking, and so much that is just spinning out of control. Blatant sexual discrimination, plus. Everything needs to be investigated/ addressed/ held accounted for — and with or without legal representation I am now moving forward in taking action against this company so a resolution can be made.

 I have been documenting since I began work on 6/22 of this year and submitting everything over to the U.S. Attorney General’s office/ FBI. I have been forced to document and send letters to them continuously and it is all the same life-threatening situations that were/ are arising from unaccountable abusive women at this job. I didn’t move here looking for problems, I just want to work and pay my bills. I just arrived in San Bernardino County in June. I only applied at Circle K looking to work and didn’t realize what a nightmare and consumption of my life it would become. What you are about to read attached below in the link is from my docs/ letters to the USAG’s office/ FBI that I have been needing to send to them for my protection/ the protection of others. Just what is included below is enough to explain everything going on from this job in detail; with names, times, dates, locations, connections, incidents and enough to show how serious/ life-threatening this all is for me/ others. Included are all the letters I have written to Circle K HR/ Corporate office, the official “Letter of Intent to Sue” +.

 

I have yet to have my employer protect me/ protect my rights. California and the employment here is extremely feminist and abusive to men. I did not move to Barstow to include another employer in a list of people I am forced to document/ take action against. Please read what is compiled below. No person should ever have to endure what I have had to face at just Circle K. I don’t know what to do anymore. Everytown, every job and no matter what authority I contact they will not help/ do their job and are documented for retaliating themselves when reaching out to them for help. (Because of this, there are now 4 episodes of a Podcast that discusses my Circle K situation, link in the attachments below also.) Over 1900 pages I have submitted to authorities/ courts now with 3 years of trying to work in California since moving here. Town to town I have had unaccountable females at the job create so many situations like this and even worse to where things like the “stalking/ ambushing” start and things become life-threatening. As in the past these groups have nefarious rackets behind the scenes pointing to “Human Trafficking” and there are reasons to believe the same at Circle K. I have all the evidence that connects Circle K to the other groups. (Please contact the USAG’s office/ FBI with any questions as to anything I have submitted or why like; the press, attorney’s, the local DA +, they chose to ignore me. I do hope this is not in your area too, however with so many people at Circle K being transferred in from all over the country, I know this is in many other states/ countries. Please contact the San Bernardino DA’s office, The FBI and or the USAG’s office and ask them why they are refusing to do their jobs and are keeping me and this community in danger. If they are not hiding anything, then why won’t they do their job? Why have I been writing to authorities for 3 years and still no response?
