League of Women Voters forum rescheduled
Know Your Ballot Before You Vote!!
The non-partisan Lower Keys League of Women Voters will be offering a Forum on the
Amendments that are on your ballot this year. There will be a thoughtful discussion on all 6 and
an explanation of their origins. It will be held October 16 at the Harvey Center, 1200 Truman
Ave., Key West, at 6:30 PM. The public is welcome and questions are encouraged.

We also offer Vote411.org. You enter your address and everything that will be on your ballot
comes up. We ask the candidate for each seat the same questions and they add a bio and
contact information. You can select your choices and print them and take it to the polls with
you. This invaluable resource is available to every address in the United States. The League of
Women Voters US has hosted this resource for many years and every 4 years it is offered to
help educate voters and make voting easier.
The major goals of the League of Women Voters are always the same, to educate voters and
insure access to the polls.
