Woman cited for undersized fish

A 30-year-old Fort Lauderdale, Florida woman was given a mandatory notice to appear in court citation Thursday for possessing three undersized mangrove snappers.

Lower Keys Marine Deputy Jacob Ladd was patrolling the No Name Key Bridge at approximately 8 p.m. when he found Alyssa Jane Harbina to be in possession of the undersized fish.
