Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary invites public to attend Advisory Council meeting in Marathon

Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council will meet at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18, in Marathon, Florida. The council will welcome 5 new members, as well as 6 members who are beginning an additional term, and elect their officers for the next two years. The agenda will focus on the upcoming summer with topics including summer heat preparations, permitting program updates, and marine debris removal. A public comment opportunity will be offered at approximately 11:50 a.m.
