Two people arrested on drug charges
Two people were arrested after multiple drugs were found after they were found parked in a wooded area on county property in Key Largo, Florida.
- Timothy Edward Cooper, 37, of Key Largo, Florida, was charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of marijuana.
- Kaylee Marie Karner, 18, of Homestead, Florida, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and tampering with evidence.
There was marijuana in plain view inside a Hyundai sedan parked near Mile Marker 99 at approximately 12:30 a.m. Cooper was identified as the driver and Karner was the passenger.
Approximately 3.4 grams of cocaine, 4.3 grams of marijuana, and five pills that field-tested positive for methamphetamine were subsequently found.

Woman arrested on drug charges
A 30-year-old Key West, Florida woman trespassing at the Florida Keys Marathon International Airport was arrested Wednesday for possessing approximately 9.6 grams of crystal methamphetamine.
Corinth Gailynn Cantrell was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cantrell was found sleeping just outside near the airport terminals at approximately 12:45 a.m. Cantrell admitted to possessing drugs, which were found in the subsequent search.
