MCSO responds to boat fire

The Sheriff’s Office and firefighters responded to a 3:30 a.m. boat fire at Keys Fisheries in Marathon on Saturday. There were no reported injuries.

The U.S. Coast Guard also responded.

Three commercial fishing boats were damaged in the fire.

 Security video captured a spark believed to have ignited the fire. Foul play is not suspected to be a factor in the incident.
