NASA Solar System Ambassador Kevin Gallagher

NASA Solar System Ambassador Kevin Gallagher will give an illustrated talk about the latest images from  the James Webb Space Telescope at 6pm, Wed., Feb. 15, at the Key West Library, 700 Fleming St. Free and open to the public. Seating is limited.

Gallagher notes, “NASA’s new James Webb Space Telescope has been in operating mode for only about 6 months, but it has already shown us beautiful images of our universe and it is also rapidly revealing clues to mysteries about the evolution of the early universe.  The Webb Space Telescope can see further in distance, and further back in time than the Hubble enabling astronomers to both new knowledge and new mysteries.”
