Men cited for illegal lobsters
Two men were given mandatory notice to appear in court citations Thursday for possessing out-of-season lobster.
Marine Deputy Willie Guerra was on patrol at Sombrero Beach in Marathon when he approached a vessel with divers in the water. A resource check revealed seven live lobsters in the vessel.
Sean Brimberry, 47, of Marathon, and Eric Reutzel, 41, of Rosharon, Texas, both stated they harvested the lobsters. They were both cited.
The lobsters were returned to the water alive.

Body found at Upper Keys boat ramp
The body of a 50-year-old Eagan, Minnesota man was found Thursday at the Largo Sound Village boat ramp near Mile Marker 104.
Craig Victor Drugge was found by passersby on the seawall at approximately 6:40 a.m.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
There were no signs of foul play.
Autopsy results are pending.
