Since our last exclusive dispatch our Guy and his sail boat Spirit have shoved off from Charleston SC and are in the Atlantic ocean below New York heading into the North Atlantic and eventual destination of Les Sables-d’Olonne on the northern coast of France where the Golden Globe Race commences on September 4th.
