June SAC Meeting

COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT

Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council will meet in Marathon from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on June 21, 2022. The council will welcome new members, and vote on the next chair and vice chair. The agenda also includes updates from the Florida Keys and South Florida Ecosystem Connectivity Team, Mission: Iconic Reefs, and the upcoming U.S. Geological Survey work at Looe Key. In addition, FKNMS leadership will provide an update on the timeline for release of the Restoration Blueprint Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.
