We enjoy the exercise luxury of a visiting personal trainer who brings all the necessary gear and apparatus to our house in her Fitness Wagon.  A clever business name.

Our personal trainer’s name is Monika Vandenboom and we found her through the recommendation of Leda Andrews, the owner of In One Era, the eclectic antique store situated across the street from Blue Heaven.

We have known and patronized Leda for many years and knowing she is into fitness, I asked her secret and it is Monika!

An hour with Monika is not easy, but she draws the line near one’s limits for a vigorous workout, while upping the ante each week as she rounds you into shape.  In this way she avoids overuse injuries and achieves results.
