Motorcyclists could impact traffic

A large group of motorcyclists — between 100 and 300 are expected — will be traveling southbound on U.S. 1 Friday.

They are expected to begin arriving in Monroe County between 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.

The group is expected to make several 45 minute stops en route to Key West:

  • Jimmy Johnson’s Big Chill in Key Largo
  • Robbie’s Marina in Islamorada
  • Sunset Grill & Raw Bar in Marathon
  • Boondocks Grille & Draft House on Ramrod Key

Southbound motorists may experience slow-downs as the group makes its way to Key West.
