Deputies ask for help locating suspect

The Sheriff’s Office is asking the for the public’s help in locating 45-year-old Wes Edward Thompson who fled from Deputies at 4:10 p.m. Thursday in Key Largo.

Thompson has an out-of-county warrant for DUI, has tattoos on both arms and an ankle monitor. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve blue sweatshirt and gray shorts.

He is not known to have a vehicle at this time.

If residents see him, they are urged to call 911.
