Large amount of money and pills found in search warrant  

The Sheriffs’ Office SWAT Team and Special Investigation Division Detectives as well as state and federal law enforcement partners recovered more than $100,000 in cash/suspected drug proceeds and a large amount of pain pills from a Key Largo home on Friday.

Yosuany Ibanez, 38, is facing a litany of drug-related charges. Additional arrests are pending.

The Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 103021 Overseas Highway at approximately 11:15 a.m.

The following were found in the residence: $116,197 in cash/suspected drug proceeds, 67 Oxycodone pills and 13.1 grams of marijuana.

There were no reported injuries.
