Reef Relief’s Fall New Internship Hires

(Key West) Reef Relief has hired two interns to work on their Fall Sunscreen/Skip the Straw/Stormwater Awareness Campaigns, Discover Coral Reefs School Program, and their MLK Mini Coral Camp.

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Emily Hopkins graduated from East Carolina University this past May with a degree in Environmental Geography and a Geology Minor. Before coming to Reef Relief, she interned with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation where she worked closely with the outreach and education department. Emily has been with Reef Relief since September working as a Water Quality Intern where she helps plan marine debris cleanups and storm drain stenciling events as well as assisting in the educational program. She plans to continue working in the environmental conservation field, specifically working with the ocean.

Enti Mooskin was raised in Washington, DC. Her love for the ocean brought her down south, where she attended the University of Miami. She graduated in 2017 with a BA in Psychology and minors in Ecosystem Science and Policy and Graphic Design. Her interest in marine conservation grew during her study abroad experience in Auckland, New Zealand. After two summers working closely with the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation as the Visual Communications Intern and volunteering at Amigos Del Mar in Cartagena, Colombia, she wanted to continue working with non-profits that help advance ocean conservation. She is excited to continue her work with Reef Relief as a Water Quality Intern.
