Time to bring your e-waste and hazardous waste to be hauled away for free! The first Saturday of every month the City of Key West and Waste Management team together to provide collection for household hazardous waste, chemicals and old electronics. Waste Management sets up collection point in the parking lot in front of Sonny McCoy Indigenous Park from 8 a.m. until noon. You must have proof of residence in the City of Key West. No business waste is accepted.
We accept chemicals and electronics such as: old gas (in a leak proof can), old oil, CFL light bulbs, batteries, wires, phones, computers, paint, paint remover, pool chemicals, fertilizers, weed killers, air conditioners, microwaves, TVs, gaming systems, radios, stereos, speakers, wires, phones, etc. No appliances are accepted.
