Detective Peters Receives Commendation

Key West Police Chief Sean Brandenburg, during a recent awards ceremony at the Grand Key Resort, recognized Detective Tiffini Peters for her ten years of service and presented her with a Chief’s Commendation.

“Detective Peters continuously performs above and beyond her duties to provide exemplary service to the community,” said Chief Brandenburg.

“Detective Peters brings fierce dedication to the special roles she has undertaken, both as the lead detective for the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and in organizing sexual offender checks in the community,” he said. “On her own time, she volunteers tirelessly with the Police Athletic League, ensuring that Key West kids have every opportunity possible.”
