CFK Invites New Students to “Fast Track to Fall” $100 Kick-Starter Scholarships; Application Fees Waived

KEY WEST, FL, June 18, 2019— The College of the Florida Keys is holding three Fast Track to Fall Enrollment Expos to help new students quickly get on the pathway toward their academic goals this fall semester, which begins August 19.  The Fast Track to Fall events will provide essential information about degree and certificate options as well as financial aid and payment plans.  New students will have their application fee waived, a savings of $30, and receive a $100 Kick-Starter Scholarship.

The Fast Track to Fall events will be held at each of the College’s locations on the following dates:

  • Monday, July 29 at 6 p.m. at the Middle Keys Center at Marathon High School
  • Tuesday, July 30 at 6 p.m. at the Upper Keys Center at Coral Shores High School
  • Wednesday, July 31 at 6 p.m. at the Key West Campus

Prospective students are encouraged to bring the following items, if readily available, to expedite the admissions process:

  • Sealed official transcripts (college and high school)
  • Two forms of proof of Florida residency (such as a Florida driver’s license and Florida vehicle registration)
  • Official test scores (SAT, ACT, and/or PERT)
