The Havana Biennial, twice postponed because of hurricane Irma came together this year despite the fact that government supported spaces so were allocated later than usual and materials were extremely scarce.
The last Biennial 2015 was in full swing a week before the grand opening. This year it was a mad dash to finish by 11 April.
