“WASHINGTON (AP) — Unnerving fellow Republicans, President Donald Trump declared Monday he would have “no problem” shutting down the federal government this fall if Congress won’t come up with more money for border security.”
I am not unnerved. Built the wall. Shut the gov down if necessary.
Been thru 2 shutdowns..other than the kabuki political theater, it had no affect on me. Gov essential services continued to function.
Actually a shutdown shows which agencies and which activities are essential. The rest is waste.
