Key West Artisan Market: Upcycle/Recycle Edition is This Sunday
The Key West Artisan Market: Upcycle/Recycle Edition will be held Sunday, February 18 from 10 am to 2 pm at the Restaurant Store parking lot, 1111 Eaton St. Local artisans include culinary, textile, jewelry, wood, artists & crafters, curiosities, the Key West Writer’s Guild Author’s Nook, live music, beer, wine and food concessions. In addition, Dee Dee Green, the City of Key West’s Solid Waste, Recycling and Outreach Education will help kids and adults create upcycled art. Bring a 1 or 2 liter clean, used plastic bottle for the project.
Guests are encouraged to walk, ride bikes, use taxis or ride sharing services or take the bus which conveniently stops in front of the Restaurant Store. There will be plenty of bicycle parking and some ADA parking but there no vehicle parking spaces at Strunk Ace Hardware or Manley deBoer Lumber Company; they will be open for normal business. Alternative parking only 2 blocks away in the Old Town Garage at Grinnell and Caroline for $4/hour; free for 4 hours to residential sticker holders. Please BYOB (bring your own bags).
