Helping Critical Community Needs
Deadline Oct. 31st for Nonprofits Seeking Aid
Applications from Keys nonprofits seeking assistance for Hurricane Irma recovery efforts are due by October 31st at 5:00 p.m.
Grants from the Florida Keys Emergency Relief Fund at CFFK are supporting critical needs including food, clothing, shelter and household needs, medical supplies, and more. We have already begun distributing grants for urgent needs.
Nonprofits may apply here for funding.
Four community Advisory Committees representing areas of the Keys (Key West, Lower, Middle and Upper Keys) have been formed to review all applications received by Oct. 31st and determine how to best meet the local area’s needs. The committees will make recommendations to CFFK’s Grants Committee for final review. Grant awards will be made by Nov. 15th.
Contributions to the Florida Keys Emergency Relief Fund are needed to meet the huge demand for assistance in the Keys. We’re distributing 100% of funds raised.
