Owner Anne Leonard and her husband, Bill, formed Home Watch FL Keys in 2013. Anne and Bill have lived and worked in the Florida Keys for over 40 years. They both have retired within the last five years: Anne, after 35 years at the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, and Bill, after a total of 37 years with the US Customs & Border Protection, Office of Air & Marine (Department of Homeland Security), and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office. They both saw the need to have this type of business, as the Florida Keys have an extremely high volume of seasonal homeowners.
Anne and Bill are very excited about their business, which they have seen grow in their first two years.
We had the pleasure of spending time with the Leonards at the NHWA’s Fourth Annual North American Conference in September.
Home Watch FL Keys serves from Big Pine Key to Key West. Anne can be reached at [email protected] or (305) 509-3272. Bill can be reached at (305) 481-0063. You can visit their website at www.homewatchflkeys.com.
