EMS Week celebration in the Lower Keys Medical Center lobby

Local Emergency Medical Services (EMS) teams and air-ambulance flight crews came together Wednesday for an EMS Week celebration in the Lower Keys Medical Center lobby. An EMS Week proclamation was read by Key West Mayor, Craig Cates. Florida State Representative Holly Raschein was also be there to recognize the frontline healthcare teams and say a few words. The teams received a celebratory cake, BBQ and gift for their dedication and commitment to the health of our island community.
