The Sheriff’s Office will team up for a cleanup this week

On Thursday, May 19^th The Sheriff’s Office will team up with residents of Big Coppitt Key for a cleanup. The activity starts at 9 a.m. at the park near the Big Coppitt Fire Department on 4^th Street and Avenue F. All who wish to participate are welcome. Please bring your own gloves if you can. In coordination with “Global Cleanup Day”, there will be a cleanup of Card Sound Road, between the county line and the toll booth. The date of the cleanup is this Sunday, May 22nd at 10 a.m. We welcome members of the public who would like to help out! Meet at Alabama Jack’s just prior to starting time.
