Being part of the 5:30am opening staff team, Monica has the calm ability to keep the unit rolling while solving the daily obstacles and occurrences. Her warm smile and gentle voice puts patients and families at ease immediately. Her compassion and kind mannerism help ease our patients through their post-operative recoveries. With a new baby, family and home, Monica displays her commitment to our community and her desire to truly make a difference.”

He is the bomb!” and “Andrew is the best therapist.” He also had an emotional letter from a patient that said, “Drew, you encouraged me many times during therapy, but especially at the end when I was discouraged and ready to quit. You helped me to see the goal I could achieve and that is a gift. Please keep on giving.”

“Drew’s natural ability to strike a balance with every patient, despite all of their differences and quirks, is the reason his patients adore and appreciate him so much,” said his Director of Therapy Services. “Drew works hard at developing effective treatment programs for all of his patients and is able to deliver them in a way that lets his patients understand he truly cares about their progress and recovery. Drew also demonstrates skill, knowledge, and talent in his profession resulting in the successful recovery of his patients and lives that will be forever changed. He is a pleasure to work with and a gem for the outpatient therapy clinic.”

She is helping to expedite the registration process. I also have to add that Carmen is a premier user of our error prevention tool, team checking and asking questions. Great safety catches!”
