Kent J Ducote Earned The  Designation Of Certified Commercial Investment Member From The CCIM

Kent J Ducote, broker-associate and Realtor with Doug Mayberry Real Estate recently earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member from the CCIM Institute—commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement. Over the past three years, Ducote completed

the rigorous curriculum of the institute and exceeded the requirement of sales volume. Since forming their commercial team in 2012, Kent Ducote and Keith Bland have brokered over $40,000,000 in commercial real estate sales focusing primarily on Key West’s vibrant lodging market, but also including retail, office and multi-family.

Ducote joined Doug Mayberry Real Estate in 2010 and also practices residential real estate sales. He has resided in Key West since 1987 with his spouse–architect, Guillermo Orozco. Kent was a Realtor in New Orleans’ historic neighborhoods prior to their move to Key West.
