Key West Artisan Market Green And Sustainable Edition This Sunday
The Key West Artisan Market: Green and Sustainable Edition will be held Sunday, January 10th from 10 am to 2 pm at the Restaurant Store parking lot, 1111 Eaton St. Local artisans include culinary, textile, jewelry, wood, artists & crafters, curiosities, the KONK Key West Writer’s Guild Local Author’s Nook, the X live variety show, beer, wine, food concessions and a produce market run by the Key West High School Culinary Arts program. The City of Key West Sustainability Coordinator, Alison Higgins, will be onsite promoting green business practices and incentives for green New Year’s resolutions. In addition, TV 2 Norway will make a TV-Program about three Norwegian artists, travelling to Key West to explore what the Island can offer. One of the Chef celebrities will be featured at the Market.
Guests are encouraged to ride bikes or the bus which conveniently stops in front of the Restaurant Store. Strunk Ace Hardware will be open for business and parking restricted to customers and disable tagged vehicles. Parking is available in the Old Town Parking Garage at 300 Grinnell Street for $2/hour.
