Tablet And Smartphone Classes

Now that you got a new tablet or smartphone over the holidays, learn how to use it at the Key West Library at 700 Fleming St.  We’ll show you the basics of your new device, and we’ll even get you started with the library’s free E-book reading app, Overdrive.  Bring those questions.  Seating is limited so please call ahead to reserve your spot today, 305-292-3595.  Classes start at 10am.    
 
Thursday January 7th – Overview of Apple Devices.  Learn how to turn on the WiFi, surf the web, and other basics on your new Apple tablet or smartphone.  If you need help setting up your iTunes account, please come in before class for assistance.
 
Thursday January 14th – Overview of Android devices and Kindle Fire.  Learn how to turn on the WiFi, surf the web, and other basics on your new Android tablet or smartphone.  If you need help setting up your Play store account, please come in before class for assistance. 
 
TUESDAY January 19th – Overdrive on Android devices and Kindle Fire.  Now that you’ve downloaded the Library’s free Overdrive E-book app, learn how to use it.  Library card required.
 
Thursday January 28th – Overdrive on Apple devices.  Now that you’ve downloaded the Library’s free Overdrive E-book app, learn how to use it.  Library card required.
