Invasive Exotic Plant Workshop At Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden
KEY WEST – A free workshop which will train local property owners how to remove invasive exotics from their land and ultimately promote conservation will be held at The Key West Botanical Garden on Saturday, December 5th from 8am to 12pm. The workshop is being presented by The Institute for Regional Conservation (www.regionalconservation.org). There will be Identification Training including a walk through in the Garden, an Herbicide Application Demonstration, Free Herbicide for all participants and Informational Handouts. The workshop will be held at the Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden, 5210 College Road on Stock Island.
