   STOP IT!
   Cuba has everything to gain and nothing to lose from “normal relations” with the US. The US has nothing to gain, and now Cuba is wanting the US to pay?? AND they do not want to honor contracts made by their own Government???
   I SAY LEAVE THINGS AS IT! At least, until they realize that they have nothing to bargain with!!!
