Superintendent Porter:
       I would like to obtain two correlated sets of documents relative to all Advance Placement courses conducted at the District’s three high schools during the first semester, 2014-2015.
1.  Advance Placement Scores
     Please provide me with the numeric scores issued by the College Board, on a 1-5 basis, for each of the AP classes conducted during the most recent semester.  Attached is an example of what I seek which was provided to me last semester by Marathon High School.
      I am not seeking scores by individual students nor do I wish in any way to compromise a student’s privacy.

2.  Advance Placement Grades
     Please provide me with the alphabetical grades issued by District instructional staff, on an A-F basis, for each of the AP classes conducted during the most recent semester.  When I requested these grades last September for the second semester of 2014, I was told that they were no longer available on a class by class basis.  Consequently, I am requesting the current data now before it is disposed of.
      Again, I am not seeking grades by individual student nor do I wish in any way to compromise a student’s privacy.  What I seek, on a class by class basis, is a comparison of AP scores from the College Board and the letter grades issued by District teaching staff.
