ABOUT THE SPEAKER SERIES/MEET & GREET EVENTS: Florida Keys Green Living and Energy Education’s mission is to educate and inform the community about Sustainable Choices. This speaker series is a set of informal gatherings for everyone to learn, connect and socialize. It’s a great way of catching up with people you know and for making new contacts in your community. Feel free to invite someone else.  GLEE membership isn’t required to attend.

Every month from January to May, the series will be held in different locations in the Keys featuring different speakers.

This month, speakers from SALT, Inc., Marathon (Sea, Air Land Technologies) and Island Hammock Pet Hospital, Tavernier* talk about Solar and Sustainability.

* In December 2015, Island Hammock Pet Hospital installed the second largest solar array in the entire Florida Keys on their roof to power hospital operations and have implemented many sustainability initiatives.
